So I am currently at the third part of the Woman's Lot DLC (where you have to follow the dog and find survivors from Skalitz, just after ending the night quest) and I found this guy lying on the road asking for help and the quest 'angel of mercy' starts, so after you choose
I remember that the time was the same, Henry's hunger and all those stats did not move and once you're done with Theresa's DLC you're back to your own devices :D The actions in the DLC do not matter for this case. The DLC is more about story telling and filling in some details that you may of not known without playing this. Woman's Lot DLC - Start with Blindfold & bugs. Hi Everyone, I typically use mods during my normal gaming and loaded the DLC to find as Theresa I was wearing a red blindfold. I've tried playing it without mods, too, but it appears to have the same result. I'm using Vortex which I could have a problem on that end I suppose.

i bought all the DLC for this games eons ago but never got around to playing them felt like a waste so i downloaded the game again to taggle the dlc and well all the people i talk to arnt too happy cause i got blood all over me sword and well i've done and went forgot most of the gameplay basics CAN WE HIT 20,000 SUBS?! You do not need to play the DLC to get Mutt. Theresa's dialog will let you ask about Mutt. When you talked to Theresa she will have a dialog option for you to ask about Mutt/ She will say the Peshek doesn't like him and that Mutt reminds her of her dead dog Tinker making her sad. I was doing Henry's missions and all of sudden, after recovering in Rattay, I got up and spoke with Theresa, which brought me to a "Side Quest" with her, basically playing her steps up to the attack.
