If only Citroen Customer Service and Technical were helpful! My C4 Grand Exclusive 2.0 HDi arrived and I collected it from the dealer, next day I was waiting for it to be recovered after power steering pipe ruptured. Took almost a week to get it recovered by Citroen Assist, further time to get it resolved and back it came.The blower motor spindle then gets a bit rusty and the motor doesn't turn freely. When it doesn't work, leave the switch on, try removing the cover above the pedals and give the bottom of the blower a sharp tap with a screwdriver handle or similar.
