If you don't have climate control inside the car, then i'd personally change it (OCD!) but if you can live with it then no problems. The work vehicles sensors sometimes go wonky, but being French it upsets the climate control. Outside temp reading 40+ degrees, every setting on the climate control except HI is the coldest AC.
